Bailey Mixon

Spent the past nine years coaching youth and high school baseball in Gwinnett County, working with players from beginners to MLB draft prospects. My playing career started as a four-year varsity pitcher at Mountain View High School and continued at Truett McConnell University (NAIA). I specialize in pitching and hitting instruction, tailoring lessons to each athlete’s needs—whether building fundamentals or refining advanced mechanics. Beyond skills, my goal is to instill a lifelong love for the game and teach values that carry off the field. With nearly a decade of coaching and high-level playing experience, I’m passionate about developing the next generation of athletes both on and off the field.

Coach Chop

Coaching and teaching baseball fundamentals in Broward, North Gwinnett, and Hall counties areas for the better part of 11 years. I focus on hitting, fielding, and the catcher’s positions. I also have been an umpire for youth baseball going on 7 seasons. As I continue my journey, I would love for your children and young adults to trust the process and work hard. “The process determines the destination.” This is the DNA of baseball.
